Gratitude for Enabling My Words to Soar
In the golden state, where dreams take flight,
Lives a soul named Boz, a beacon so bright.
From California's shores, where the waves kiss the land,
He reached across oceans, with a generous hand.
A MacBook Pro, a token of care,
To a friend in Uganda, beyond compare.
Bozl, your gift, more than just a machine,
Is the bridge to my dreams, the unseen, the serene.
With each keystroke, I pen my heart’s song,
In the quiet of night, where verses belong.
Your kindness, a muse, guiding my way,
In every stanza, your spirit will stay.
For in this gift, you gave me much more,
A path to my dreams, an open door.
Your gesture, profound, touched me deep,
A friendship so rare, I’ll always keep.
As I write my poems, the world to see,
I think of you, Boz, endlessly.
In your honor, my words will soar,
Grateful for you, forevermore.
Thank you, my friend, from the depths of my soul,
For making my dreams, a tangible goal.
In California’s warmth, and Uganda’s embrace,
Our bond is unbreakable, through time and space.
